En la mañana del pasado sábado 10 de diciembre, el personal de Esmeraldas Mining Services celebró su tradicional fiesta de fin de año en el coliseo del Mirador de los Abuelos. Este evento, organizado por el departamento de Talento Humano, reunió a los cerca de ochocientos obreros y trabajadores operativos de la compañía en una muestra del agradecimiento y reconocimiento por el esfuerzo que todos ellos han desempeñado durante el 2022 para alcanzar las metas propuestas por el equipo directivo. El festejo finalizó con la presentación del popular comediante Chester y la entrega de los reconocimientos a los colaboradores que cumplieron, durante este año, diez años de vinculación en la empresa.

Los asistentes disfrutaron de juegos de destreza, concursos de baile, fuerza, conocimiento musical y diferentes rifas, logrando ganar premios que variaban entre ollas arroceras, barras de sonido, freidoras eléctricas, hasta premios mayores como neveras, lavadoras, televisores y motos cero kilómetros. 

 

En medio de la celebración, también se ofició el reconocimiento al empleado destacado por el departamento de Ambiental y el empleado comprometido con la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

 

La reunión finalizaría luego de cerca de 6 horas de entretenimiento con un almuerzo especial para todos los trabajadores, agradeciendo su compromiso durante este año 2022, reconociendo su esfuerzo y haciéndoles saber que, gracias a ellos y su dedicación, Las Compañías Muzo Colombia somos líderes en la minería de esmeraldas.
